Thanks for sharing ,hopefully it might just make parents ' stop & think ' . I was just thinking about when rear seatbelts became mandatory ( some old classic cars were exempt ) in 1991 .My ex - then boyfriend and I used to look after his sister & "her baby a lot and they were always in our car .We got our rear seatbelts in in about 1990 when our niece was born & we had the proper baby car seat etc..The very day the legislation was passed in government for mandatory seat belts luckily our baby niece was NOT in the car ..we had to soak in the brakes as an idiot ( huge black drug dealer in Liverpool) did a I turn in the middle of the road & we crashed.I vividly remember sort of knowing what was about to happen & everything going in slow motion & wondering if my Australia's skull was about to crash through mine as we had to remind her to wear the belt..Yeah my I was shook up when I got into a car for a while..Seat belts save lives ,thanks for sharing this..wonder if they ever still use any human donated corpses as crash test dummies like they used to ?

Can you advise on the service side through Tynan's after the initial purchase ? ie Do you have factory trained mechanics and is there a guarantee that they will service your vehicle. You have a large service centre managing many different brands at Kirrawee and it would be easy to utilise staff unfamiliar with the brand during peak times, or to have a single factory trained supervisor with numerous vehicles under service not allowing for any close supervision or contact. Agree with your sales team of Khun and Bonnita, exceptionally knowledgable and friendly in a no pressure environment , but more importantly to me is the engineering and service skills what happens after purchase.

The purchase of a new vehicle with a ‘manufacturing fault’ from this company has been the most frustrating, unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve encountered….based on my experience I would not recommend dealing with them. My matter has still not been resolved…and as for Customer Service at Hyundai Australia, absolutely zero help. Hyundai Customer Service and Tynan’s Service Centre refuse to provide details of the Area Manager or anyone in authority to help.
